CPD points can be gained from attending this event. 2 points Friday 28th and 6 points for Saturday 29th.

The Department of Neurology in Penrith is a highly integrated department of adult neurologists who specialize in diagnosis and treatment of the conditions and diseases affecting the nervous system. Department works in a close collaboration with the renowned neuroscience departments in The Walton Centre in Liverpool, Royal Victoria Informary (RVI) in Newcastle and Neurology department in Preston.

Dr Steve Coates is joing the neurology team on the 1st of June as Consultant Neurophysiologist. He will be doing electrophysiological studies countywide which will reduce the time and travel for our patients.

Judith Brassington, a Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Specialist Nurse from Cumbria, has won the national ‘My Super Nurse Award 2012' - receiving the most nominations from patients of all the nurses involved.
